Yulita Ilham - Founder

Yulita Ilham is an education entrepreneur, often referred to as an edupreneur, renowned for her diverse background in education and curriculum development. Her educational journey commenced with a psychology degree from the University of San Diego, followed by the attainment of an international certification in Montessori education from Montessori Centre International.


Yulita's teaching career commenced in 1991 and continued until 1996, during which she taught English at various institutions in Jakarta. Building on her passion for education, she went on to establish Ceria Montessori School in Jakarta, specializing in playgroup and pre-primary education. She also ventured into importing and distributing educational tools from the USA, along with designing and developing educational resources for prominent international companies in Indonesia.In 2013, Yulita embarked on the creation of "My Method," the precursor to her renowned brand, AkuEinstein, which she later sold the intellectual property for in 2022.

In 2015, she co-founded and managed "Little Einstein," an early childhood academic enrichment center based on Montessori principles. Yulita also established and tested her academic curricula in several other preschools Yulita had successfully developed the AkuEinstein academic method and implemented it in middle- and high-income classes. Her aspiration was to expand this success to a national level, including the middle to low-income classes. Leading her to adapt the AkuEinstein method specifically for pre-primary school academics in Bahasa Indonesia, Mathematics, and English. This adaptation is designed to equip 4 to 6-year-old children with the skills to read, write, and count effectively as they transition to primary school.

Currently, Yulita manages an enrichment center dedicated to ongoing research, development, and testing of the AkuEinstein academic method and its associated teacher training program. Her commitment to upholding the quality and effectiveness of the method drives this work. Notably, the AkuEinstein method has been successfully implemented in HIMPAUDI preschools within the Bogor regency, where Yulita actively engages in teacher training and provides support to both teachers and trainers, contributing to the expansion of the trained AkuEinstein academics.

Prof. Dr. Ariawan Gunadi - Chairman

Professor Dr. Ariawan Gunadi is a distinguished academic and accomplished professional with a diverse and impressive background. He is a tenured Professor at the Faculty of Law at Universitas Tarumanagara and holds the unique distinction of being recognized by the MURI (Indonesian World Records Museum) as the youngest Professor in Business Law in Indonesia. Beyond his academic achievements, Professor Gunadi is a prominent figure in various leadership roles, serving as the Chairman of the Tarumanagara Foundation, which oversees the university, businesses, hospitals, and other companies. He also holds the position of Vice Chairman of the Association of Private Higher Education Institutions in Indonesia, emphasizing his strong presence in the education sector.


Additionally, he serves as a Panel Arbitrator in Singapore and a Judge Arbiter in the Indonesian Construction Dispute Arbitration Board. Professor Dr. Ariawan Gunadi's remarkable achievements extend to his role as the Founder and Board of Trustees of the Indonesian Mediation-Arbitration Institution for Medical and Health Cases (LMA-MKI), where he serves as a Mediator Judge in the Central Jakarta District Court and West Jakarta District Court. He is also a renowned lawyer, Founding Partner, and Managing Partner in multiple law firms in Indonesia, contributing his expertise to various governmental institutions and as an expert witness in both national and international courts. He is an accomplished author, recognized by his publications in books, international journals, and other works published both domestically and abroad. His influence expands into the healthcare sector as the Chairman of the establishment of the Tarumanagara Educational Hospital, and he is frequently invited as a speaker, trainer, and expert in numerous local and international forums. His remarkable contributions have earned him prestigious awards such as the Best Professional Award from Media Group in 2020, the Indonesia Leadership Award in 2021, and the International Award from EOM Distinguished Academic Leadership Award in Istanbul, Turkey, in 2022. He is also a recipient of the PWI Award from the Indonesian Journalists Association in 2023, solidifying his position as an influential figure in various fields of expertise.

Professor. Dr. Ir. Hj. Triyuni Soemartono, M.M., is a prominent academic professor with a strong background in Public and Government Administration.

She has over 40 years of experience in academia, starting as a Dean at Unswagati Cirebon for 16 years, followed by 7 years as a lecturer at IPDN, and currently serving as a lecturer and as the Director of the Postgraduate Program at Professor. Dr. Moestopo University (Religious). Additionally, she has made significant contributions during her more than 38 years of service as a government official, both at the regional and central levels, i.e. the Ministry of Home Affairs.

As a productive researcher, Professor Triyuni has published 11 reputable international academic works and 10 national works. Her expertise encompasses various areas such as community empowerment, population administration policies, population data updates, and more, where she has acted as a speaker at national and international events. Currently, she holds the position of Chairman of the Indonesian Professional and Government Competence Association (IPKPI) for the 2022-2027 term..

Dedicated and accomplished academic professor with over 10 years of experience at Professor Dr. Moestopo University, where he currently holds the position of Deputy Director of Post Graduate Program. A recognized expert in Public Policy and Public Administration, Prof. Budiharjo has made significant contributions through 39 published articles, scientific papers and books.

Professor Budiharjo designed and taught engaging courses in Public Policy, Public Administration, Public Sector Management and Human Resource Management. He is also committed to find best practices to children education and protection issues, reflected in his active participation in the Regional Children Protection Commission, the Jakarta Children and Teens Community, and Social Welfare Activities and Coordination Body in Jakarta, earning him recognition and awards from the Ministry of Women Empowerment and Child Protection, and the Indonesian Child Protection Commission.

Professor. Budiharjo has more than 20 years of experience working as a government official, making contribution to society empowerment through his many roles in Jakarta local government office.

Advisor to the Minister of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology (Kemendikbud) of Indonesia after more than 20 years as head of PusKur (Pusat Kurikulum).
